Sorry about the vague description. I saw beautiful paintings by an artist who exhibited in the Carby art gallery in Aberdeen, Scotland, and perhaps also in the National gallery. His paintings usually feature nude women draped with red or white silk and he has done one of a glass bowl full of silk. I think his name may start with a D (perhaps Dayle something) but that's all I recall. I've searched the web but no luck.
Does anyone know the artist? |

I think you mean Dylan Lisle.
