Very Rare Looking Painting Must See : HELP ME WHOSE THE ARTIST
hey i need help with who painted this master piece , i cant read the initials , i think it is "CVR II or CYR II?

"Cyril"? I think that's it and the bottom part of the signature is cut off by the frame.
Not too sure how rare or valuable it is, though. |
