Help IDing

I found this today at a second hand store. The detail is really good. It is not signed on the front. It appears to be old(ish). I have done some looking around for info and have come up empty handed. I think I have a signature on the back but can't tell what it says.

The first word might be "Boizot". There are a few artists named Boizot, including Antoine Boizot. I'd be kind of skeptical that it's an original drawing dating from that far back, but I'm no expert so who knows.
