Coming storm of war, soldier is fading, girlfriend looking back

ISO: Artist name and painting title. Time setting appears Napoleonic age. Young soldier in dressed in blue uniform, stares out forward looking, but oblivious to the storm clouds (war) which will overtake him and girlfriend. She is looking back with slight smile as if remembrance of a time, perhaps she is remembering the soldier; who the artist has slightly blurred as symbol he will soon be gone. However she appears content and the artist keeps her imagine crisp and bright. Thank you for any help you can give me.

This one has been driving me mad since you posted.

I know I have seen this painting within the last three weeks while searching for another. I can still picture it in my mind. If only I could remember what I was searching for.
