Default Original or Lithograph?

Hi everyone,
I recently bought this roderic Montague at a thrift store. The question is is it a Lithograph or an original watercolor. Please help me out here. Thanks, I have Pics of the painting front and back. It is titled "The Golden Carriage" and is on panel. however the files are to big to upload here. Scott
