Good day, Artists-types!

Having stumbled here via Google, and reading some of the posts, this looks like the place that could finally help me to sleep better at night knowing the Artist and name of a painting I glimpsed during a viewing of a B-horror film...

I'm pretty certain it's really famous, but I couldn't come up with the name. I think it's of a monk, or a Cardinal with his mouth agape. It's always freaked me out. Fortunately, I was able to take a screen shot of it:
