Need help to identify a painting. I was thinking it was Jacques-Louis David, but I am not sure now. The art depicts an old man washing the foot of a soldier. The old man is on his knees and he points directly up. The soldier is standing looking down. In the upper left quadrant of the painting there are three onlookers and a blue sky background. Any luck would be appreciated.
