Yes..amazing isn't it?? It's much easier when they are noted artists. It is pretty well impossible with paintings by the one hit wonders.

There is one painting I have wondered about by the Dutch Master Gerrit Dou, the OP never returned [as many don't] If this was an original it was worth quite a bit. http://www.artconversation.com/quest...till-life.html


Seems that a lot of the help has quit...moved onto better employment no doubt. I haven't had much time lately myself....with all these preparations for our next big earthquake on the coast here....tying the canoe to the roof, stuffing it with supplies and I am finding it hard to breath in this gas mask.
