Feetie

I've had a piece of art by Anthony Thieme for a couple yrs now and am wondering if it has any value. It took me a long time to actually find him because I couldn't read the signature. I"m no expert for sure. It's not an original painting but it's sweet and was found in an old attic. If anyone has anything on this please let me know. I don't know what to do with it. It doesn't have a frame. Marked D. A. Inc. 1940. I can post a photo if needed. Who else can I ask if no one here knows about it? Thanks
