Default Help with identifying a print or signature

I am trying to do some research on a painting that was left to my father by his father's estate after he passed away. My grandfather and my dad were not close by any means. In fact we hadn't seen him for nearly 15 years before he died. His estate was broken up and in it my father recieved a painting. There was no information with the painting, just the frame and print. The painting is a landscape. It is a very nice painting. It has hung in my fathers den for the last few years. I have tried multiple times to decipher the signature, but it is illegible. If anyone can help, I attached a copy of a pic of the print.
