I cant tell who the painter is.

Does anyone recognize the signature.

Unfortunately, your painting appears to have been done by an art house, and since art houses are infamously known for hiring decent artists, but ones who've not yet been earning enough on their own to financially support themselves, most use a pseudonym for anything they paint while under such employ. That being said, the signature could very well read "P. Camponelli" or "P. Campanelli," although, with the flash marring much of the signature, it is hard to tell. (Better to shoot close-ups out-of-doors, under indirect, natural light, without a flash.) Pauline Eblé Campanelli does, indeed, paint florals, so it would be wise to investigate that possibility.
