Is this a Bouguereau painting?

We have this painting in our living room but my wife can't remember where she bought it. There are no markings on the painting identifying the artist or piece. I looked through a long list of Bouguereau paintings and there are similar works but nothing exact. Any help on the artist and/or name of this painting is greatly appreciated!

It does look like Bouguereau's style, but I don't recall any women with a hat like that, if that's what it is.
