Default Napoleon with a red yo-yo

I own a painting that was given to me by my grandmother of the Emperor Napoleon playing with a red yo-yo. The painting would have been purchased somewhere between 1960 and 1980 most likely in Philadelphia. The painting is signed Kenton but there is no initial or indication of whether this is a first or last name.

I've always adored this painting and have wondered about the artist and the possibility of other paintings of dictators with yo-yo's. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
