Help, need to find name of painting

Surreal painting of two lovers embracing. All you see are the female face, and arm. And, the male head looking at her with his hand on caressing her face. It has alot of blue and is very romantic. Like they are the only ones that matter.

Just a guess -- when I think of "surreal lovers", I think of Jim Warren.
