Default Needing help identifying Renaissance painting

I think it's probably a close-up of a larger painting, but I'm not sure. Does anyone know the title or artist?

It looks like a (photoshoped? maybe reversed) Lucas Cranach

Good catch again. You're right, it's the Death of Lucretia.

Is there more than one version? I'm looking at the mouth/teeth in particular, and the second version on the linked page is a nearly exact match but the first one doesn't appear to be the same painting.
