Need help with identifying painting.
I found this painting up in the rafters of our garage. Any thoughts on who made it? All I can figure is it was made in the early 1900's judging from the power lines and the horse and buggy in it. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

This painting is made in Manila, the capital of the Philippines.

This painting is made by Eddie Sarmiento, an artist from Manila.
I'm affraid it was not made in the early 1900's but maybe early 2000. |
