Default Any Holbein or After Holbein experts out there?

Hello everyone.

A couple of months ago I purchased a portrait from an auction. On the back is a label for "Emery Blum, New York" with the title "Unknown Lady" and the artist "Holbein". Thanks to this forum, I was able to find out Emery Blum was in business from around the 1930's to the 60's. I know Hans the Younger did many portraits and many artist did their own versions or Holbeins' work but I can't find anything similar to my "Unknown Lady".

In no way do I think I have an original Holbein, but I was hoping someone might recognize the "unknown lady" in the portrait. The artwork is done on cardboard (with some age to it as best I can tell) and appears to be hand colored (?). On the lower left and lower right there are words written but I can't read them (don't appear to be English or German). Also, there is an "X" on the left side of the woman's chest. I'm not sure how to correctly describe it, but there are marks on the outer edge where it appears the piece was pressed/transferred from one work to another (which I understand is common on prints/etchings). I've looked at the work with a loupe it's definitely not a print with dots, and it appears to be chalk or colored pencil.

Any thoughts as to who it is or who created it? Thanks in advance for any help.
