Help to Identify Painting/Artist Info

Hello. I recently acquired an oil painting from a friend who purchased it at auction and had no other information. It is an oil on canvas and it is signed, although I cannot make out the artist's name. Here is a link to the painting and this is a close-up photo of the signature. Any help is appreciated.
