Default Intriguing early renaissance style painting – please help

My father bought a painting in a car boot sale in a rural village in France. Not sure if it's authentic, copy or a repro...

Its in early renaissance style, but we've not seen it before. In the style of Botticelli / Leonardo / Ghirlanido...

What makes us curious is that the halo seems to be in gold leaf and pomeled with a tool to give it a scrolled effect. It measures about 12 x 8 inches and is on a wood panel. Can't find a signature.

Any help at all would be most appreciated.

Kind regards
Sean

I would say close to the style of Botticelli in particular.

The original is by Filippo Lippi. It seems there are a lot of reproductions that just show part of the painting and remove the angels/baby.
