Help with identifying artist monogram
Hi
I have had this painting for about 6 months now and I am really struggling to identify the artist. The painting is not in the best of condition and when purchased I was told it was Margate Pier (England), however, I am not sure. (Brighton?). Any advice would be gratefully received. Regards |
