Who Is This Man?

Hello everyone, I'm new to ArtConversation....

I have a picture of what looks to be maybe a jazz musician or maybe just a banjo player. Either way, I'm trying to identify who it is. I've tried doing a little research and I think he may be the musician named Johnny St. Cyr, but I'd like to know for sure. The link for Photobucket is posted below.
