Artinfo has a ton of auction results for Charles Spencelayh, if that's who painted this.

There is uncorroborated information which indicates it is by Charles Spencelayh and it's called Coming Home (I bought a print of it on that basis).

However, it does not appear to be signed, and the only information I can find is on copies for sale, i.e.nothing I would call authoritive.

Is it an original or a copy you have? If it's the original, then I would expect the signature on it somewhere, but I have no idea what it would be worth, although I don't see anything of his going for less than 4 figures. If it's a print, I bought mine framed for £4.99 if that's any help to you.
