Hi, my wife and i have a painting of what looks to be the redlight district in amsterdam, there are people walking down the boulevard and horses pulling a carriage and the moulin house of rouge on the left side of the painting, the signature appears to be "Monette" but it is very hard to read. It is old it looks to be an oil painting on canvas that has been attached with tacks, thats about all i know about it, i would like to get help identifying this item and finding out maybe how old it is and how much it could be worth, Thank you, please email me at stheikki@alumni.nmu.edu and i can send you some pictures or point me in the right direction of someone who could help -thank you
