Painting of a rooster crying blood

I am trying to find a painting that pictures a vibrant rooster crying a droplet of blood. I know that it is on the cover of an art book- but that is all that I know! A friend saw the book cover in a library maybe 5 years ago, and the subject matter is Contemporary Mexican artworks/artists. I have already contacted the reference librarians for information on the book but they are not having luck (they remove the covers, which is so tragic for art books)!Any help is very welcome!
