I have a print showing a number of men dressed in 17th/18th century dress, probably senior naval officers raising their glasses to a model of a sailing ship, or then again they may be civilians saluting a model of a non warship. It is titles 'Here's to another success' but I can't see any signature of the artist. It is such a beautiful painting. Can anyone recall it and advise me of the artist.
Many thanks. David L |
