Help Water Color by Al Richardson
I bought a pencil water color by Al Richardson dated 1974 and a picture of a windmill, also states texas windmill on front. It is in a cork board frame and wrapped in old sturdy plastic wrap. Back there is a lable that says to insure you have a more valuable piece of art this print has been personally hand water colored by the artist al richardson. I can not find it any where on the internet and is there any value in it, also is it rare?
