I can't read signature. Really want to know who did this
I got it from my uncle when he passed. i guess it is hebrew? It is 36x30 in the frame.
can anyone help at all? i honestly don't know where else to ask but would take suggestions. Looks like "Itzhak Ben Shalom" to me. There is an artist named Iztik Ben Shalom, but he seems to be exclusively a sculptor and the signature isn't quite right.

Not really. Assuming the artist is Israeli, it's possible some of this might be in Hebrew.
