help with Id of signature and painting
HI BOUGHT THIS AT A RESENT ESTATE SALE,BEAUTIFUL LARGE AT LEAST A YARD LONG PASTEL,LOOKS LIKE CHANDLER OR FOX TYPE PIECE. SIGNED WHAT LOOKS LIKE G. B OR P ROSSART? ANY INPUT WOULD BE GREAT! OLD FRAME AND NAILS IN BACK,I WOULD SAY LATE 19TH TO EARLY 20TH CENTURY. WAS FOUND IN S.E. CT. THANKS FOR ANY HELP!
