Need help with identification
I just purchased a nice painting of a boat, and the background looks like indented ceramic or something. Anyway, it is sort of 3 dimentional. It is signed on the bottom right "Billi" and on the back panel of the frame it says "Provincetown, MA. July 4, 1976."
I was just curious if anyone knows anything about this information.
PS: I also have a large number of "antique" swords, which may or may not be real antiques. if anyone knows about swords, let me know and I can post about them as well. I have some real interesting swords
