Can anyone identify the artists signatures

Dear Sir / Madam

Hope all is well.

Would anyone out there be able to assist me in identifying the signatures on the three paintings shown.

I have tried without any sucess in locating you the atist are, if anyone out there has any information , it would be greatly appreciated.

Two of the names look like "Baesa" and "C. Renier". Since you got at least one, and perhaps all three, paintings from junk shops, there's a good chance you won't be able to associate them with well known artists.
