A Real Puzzle

I have an early 20thc (I believe?!) Watercolor on paper with a signature that I cannot place at all...I am attaching photos but note that the name begins with the letters, "Bsch..." The signature may be "Bschenen" but I am not sure. What's really baffling me is the "Bsc" part. Does anyone know what nationality this could be?

Photos to follow....any help on the nationality mentioned above would be greatly appreciated.
