this is probably a detail of a much larger painting.
Any ideas are very welcome

There's a painting I have seen of a saint whose symbol is a particular church. In the painting, I believe he is "wearing" the building on his head like a hat. Perhaps this is another representation of that saint? Sorry I can't be more specific, but maybe this will jog someone else's memory.

According to tineye.com and Googles reverse image search this image was used for the cover of the book "The Architecture of Image: Existential Space in Cinema" but I can't find the origin.

There is this painting ive seen there is a guy with his hand on a statue's head. colors remind me on mona lisa
