Default do i really nead to restore my painting?

I just but a Susan Rios which was printed in 1990 in limited edition.

It has never been opened so the back is sealed but there is a water marke in the white boarder atthe top. Do you think we need to have it repaired or is better just to live with it?

Thanks

Is it something that can be fixed by reframing or rematting? If so, I'd say go ahead. It the water damage is impinging on the art itself, that sounds difficult to fix and whether to do so is a complicated question.
