Who is this artist?

My husband aquired a painting from an elderly lady whom he helped take care of though we know little about it and was wondering if anyone knows who the artist F. Schnaebusch is?

I don't know, but Google wants to change the spelling to "Schnurbusch". That seems to be a real name (unlike "Schnaebusch"), although I don't necessarily see any artists by that name.
