Default Identification, Anyone?

I've had this painting for a while now. I know it's not an original - that much is obvious. But I have the gnawing feeling that I've seen it before, like in a history book or somesuch. I mean, when you look at it, you'll probably get the same impression. Any insight would be vastly appreciated!

That said, I do apologize for the quality. The glare is kind've... glaring.

Google's reverse image search shows that it's a self-portrait by Peter Paul Rubens.
