Czar Portrait
I am new to Art, and new to the conversation. I have recently got into Imperial Russian collectables and I came across a oil painting that I just had to have. It is of the last Czar & Czarina, it looks to have a Cyrillic signature. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I didn't take the pics, I will try and take some better ones. Thanks, Tim
