Need help I'd with this picture

Here's 2 pictures of the art work. I'm not sure what it is or what it's made out of. it looks to be a fabric and it looks to be old. Also in the picture's there is no sun in the apinting that's the flash of the camera. The signature is either begins with a C or g then it looks like A N N with a upside down E. I'm not sure the painting may be silk? It's a really cool picture and I would say pretty old guessing by the wire that it's hanging on that is really old. Any idea of who made this or what it's worth?
