Fee killackey

I need to find a copy if an old catholic painting. It depicts a young man kneeling in a field, it also shows an old man on his deathbed. The words are "in thy youth thy didst remember me, in thy dying moment I will remember thee".
I've searched endlessly with no luck, I'd be so grateful for any suggestions as to where I might be able to find a copy. Thanks.
