No, sorry I do not recognize the image and did not find it online.
For anyone who has been playing with Google's new "reverse" image search, I just want to mention a crazy unexpected result I got. I put in the URL of the image above and added the keyword "cartoon", and got back the following image... It looks quite a bit like the same fellow, but from a different angle. He's facing the opposite direction and looking downward. I don't know if Google have added face recognition algorithms to their search tool or what, but this was quite unexpected. |

Painting name: Ayriliklar-Sesli (taken by hovering over the painting in her website below)
(translated from Turkish former word means Sepearations and the latter states voice/speech or Voiced) could mean shes come out and voiced her intentions to separate...? ![]() http://www.ayrilikveask.com/ayriliklar.html Painter(Unknown name) is a Turkish girl and has used the image of this painting first in her website ( ayrılık ve aşk meaning Sepearation and love) http://translate.googleusercontent.com/translate_c?hl=en&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dhttp://www.ayrilikveask.com/ayriliklar.html%26hl%3Den%26safe%3Dactive%26biw%3D 1199%26bih%3D698%26prmd%3Divns&rurl=translate.goog le.co.uk&sl=tr&u=http://www.ayrilikveask.com/ayriliklar.html&usg=ALkJrhgTWQ710xH1uoLskquZZAyO2d H8CQ Below the painting tells a story. Using google translate (hit and miss) the story behind the painting is almost revealed. I have used Google translate and interpreted the information in my way but the second link should give you the raw result of the translation from Google translate "Sepearation and finishes. I wonder which one hurts less. Difference(sepearation) hurts me more...forced to make a choice. I do not like preferences(choices)..." "I would like to make a living pereference(choice). That is when I say this on behalf of the end...Sometimes a relationship (is) exhausted, sometimes saturated in a relationship...Sometimes the end of sensation...end of the painful human emotion...but we can handle life...or are you going to cry thoughout life...obituary (till death)" "...so you choke if you do not sail for new horizons...you(her counterpart) are not satisfied with the relationship. Now you need a new thrill..does not progress in dealing (talking) with you, the relationship may have ended (maybe its to late to turn back time).should end as well...if you do not eat (show care) we remain in a vicious (unloved) cycle...This relationship tends to eat our souls rather than feeding us. He must accept the end of or depression at the door (will be open to him)" "Being happy is not only with the arrival of demands in place. Most of the time we have to accept the terminations. I live in real time (the now) to the end, (i) do not worry anymore. (I've) been struggling for a long time, but he will not accept what has already become of us.. "people live in their own minds and hearts of the outside reality...which is not a path to happiness" NOTE: this was translated with help of google translate and my own interpretatation, which still doesnt make sense to me either... I see the painting as her struggle and pain of the end of the relationship, the doves symbolise her desire to break free and the falling feathers encompasses the turmoilt and bitterness that the relationship has reached. having backs turned to each other shows lack of communication by not seeing eye to eye, He is unaware that the end has reahed and looking up searching for her. Shes looking inside her broken heart gathering her energy for the life after. Her scarf is her subconscious wanting to wrap around him and hold him but its the only thing now that is wrapped around her giving her warmth and comfort. here is the artist in her blog http://translate.google.co.uk/translate?hl=en&sl=tr&u=http://conwersekomplex.blogcu.com/&ei=BjVYTuqoDcXA8QPK1uWuDA&sa=X&oi=translate&ct=re sult&resnum=1&ved=0CB4Q7gEwAA&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dhttp://conwersekomplex.blogcu.com/%26hl%3Den%26safe%3Dactive%26biw%3D1199%26bih%3D69 8%26prmd%3Divns ![]() shows clear resemblance to the girl in the painting (small eye lashes nose shape, nasal passage, long hair, somewhat elongated face) image from same webstie of the painter: http://www.ayrilikveask.com/wp-conte...umudum-sen.jpg The painter has also used the image (with caption ontop, im guessing at a later date to the first) in her old blog with a poem dated 16/12/2007 http://translate.google.co.uk/translate?hl=en&sl=tr&u=http://conwersekomplex.blogcu.com/sayfa/2&ei=EEpYTpT_As6z8QO_nd2_DA&sa=X&oi=translate&ct=r esult&resnum=1&ved=0CB8Q7gEwAA&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dhttp://conwersekomplex.blogcu.com/sayfa/2%26hl%3Den%26safe%3Dactive%26biw%3D1199%26bih%3D6 98%26prmd%3Divns and she has a facebook account named ayrılık ve aşk (sepearation and love) http://www.facebook.com/ayrilikveaskk ![]() Lastly another blog with her pic http://www.blogcu.com/kullanici/conwersekomplex TWILIGHT Last edited by Twilight : August 28th, 2011 at 06:10 AM. |

I did ramble on abit and caused alot of confusion I do apologise. The first link showed the Image of the painting but for some reason It wasnt showing and without that I can see where most of the confusion was risen . I've corrected that and hopefully Im allowed to redeem myself
Long story short the artist is a Turkish girl who painted the painting at the end (or the beginning of the end) of her relationship. She stills loves him and is finding it hard... I put the pictures to show the resemblence to the girl in the painting and hence show that she is the painter and give me some credibility The comment at the end I removed, I think I was tired I hope that makes sense now Eirene, I would be interested in what you think now... P.s. I thought mine was slightly more artistic than John's TWILIGHT Last edited by Twilight : August 27th, 2011 at 06:52 PM. |
