Help with Artist ID / Signed 'Jacob'
Trying to find who "Jacob" is. This painting is from New Orleans, probably about 10 years ago. Acrylic / Oil on stapled canvas. Signed "JAcob", no other markings on the back. it's about 24"x30" or so.
