See auction of Nov 5th, 2008 Lot 76 Constantin Alexandrovich Westchiloff 1877-1945) 'Chamonix in Winter' oil on canvas, 40.6 x 55.9 cm (16 x 22 in.), signed lower right, offered by Gene Shapiro Auctions, LLC 506 East 74th Street New York, NY 10021. Seems to be the original of your picture.
