Charity Needs help identifying art

Good Afternoon - After spending a good deal of time on the internet, I am unable to find anything like this sketch. It was donated to Clothes for Kids and we are not sure of the information behind it.

It says:
Neil Leifer
Ringside
Benitez - Curry
Madison Square Garden
2-3-'78
Leroy Neiman

If it's an original sketch then I don't think it's likely there would be any record of it online. The inscription seems fairly self-explanatory. Since it's for charity, perhaps Leroy Neiman would be willing to authenticate it for you.

This website is run by the Franklin Bowles Gallery, but since they run it as leroyneiman.com, presumably they are in contact with the artist.
