New here, need help to ID artist
Hi, Here is a picture of the artists name but I'm not sure of the spelling and can't seem to find it online. Joesph Prouh'gha???

I can't read it, but here's a second opinion: "Proulszlaw"? However Google shows 0 results for this, so it's almost certainly not correct.
