Can't read the signature

I work at a thrift store and we got 2 drawings (I think that's what they are) donated of chines buildings. I was trying to fid a value for them online but I can't read the artist signature. Maybe they are not drawings but paintings of some sort. I am not good at art. Anything would be helpful. Thanks
