Default Help with Original Franklin Adams

I have an original sketch by Franklin Adams. He was a renowned and apparently beloved art and architecture professor at Tulane University. An exhibition of his work was held at Carroll Gallery at Tulane in 2009. I have found that his work has sold at auction sites as many as 16 times, but I cant access the pricing.

I purchased a home in estate and all of its contents and this was in the home. The now deceased owner was a local art teacher and was perhaps friends with Franklin Adams.

Please, any input would be appreciated.

Free auction prices are available at artinfo.com and at findartinfo.com. Obviously there are significant differences from item to item, but if they have a selection of prices then that should give you a general idea.
