I had an original Norman Rockwell painting, showing a lone man, unshaven, with a fishing rod. No other person or animal in the picture. I would like to find out the name of the picture and possibly what it might be worth.

An original Norman Rockwell painting would be worth a LOT (tens of thousands of dollars). But you'd have to verify that it's an original painting and that it was actually painted by Rockwell. You could try contact an art appraiser in your area; they could advise you on what you've got and what your options are.
