Untitled oil pa\inting
Can anyone please assist me in identifying the attached pinting please. There is a signature on it but cannot totally decipher it.

Possibly Cantillo or Santillo. I don't find any record of a known painter by those names, but honestly it doesn't appear to be by a famous artist.
