Default identifying painting/drawing by description

I found a photo of a painting/drawing(not good quality) in an old American history book of mine that I would really love to identify the artist of. I believe it is early 20th century, sometime around World War I possibly, and is done in black-and-white. It shows a group of working-class people appearing to be holding up a floor with upper-class, well-dressed people, with one of the working-class men punching his fist through the floor. Does anyone happen to know this artist/work? Thank you!
