Need help identifying painting

Hi, I have a painting that I recently bought. The lady I bought it from says she had gotten it from an auction with another painting. The painting has a signature in the bottom right-hand corner.. we believe it either says, "saxton", "sauxton", "sauyton", something in the lines of that. The painting has a barn-looking house in the center, a tower behind it, a mailbox and a fence. I'm pretty positive it is acrylic paint because it sticks out. All of it is brown, yellow, red and white. If anyone has information on the artist or the painting that would be great!!
