Unhappy Unknown Caravaggio painting?

I would appreciate help in identifying a painting by Caravaggio (or perhaps one of his followers):

The painting features an old man covered in red and white cloaks (he appears to be Caravaggio's depiction of St. Jerome) in a dark room. He's leaning over a table holding a cross. Under the table is a lion. There's a lot of dark space above the man, and a window in the top left.

I can't seem to find this image on Google.
